“My server/PC is slow—can you help?”
Yes, I systematically analyze performance issues. From hardware diagnostics to system optimization and upgrade recommendations—I’ll find the root cause.
“I want to switch away from Windows/VMware—how much work will that be?”
That depends on your current environment. During an initial consultation, we’ll assess your systems and plan a phased migration—without any downtime.
“Can you also conduct security audits?”
Yes, penetration testing and vulnerability assessments are part of my services. I have particular experience in Linux environments.
“Do you work exclusively with Linux or macOS, or do you also use Windows?”
I work with Linux, which is my preferred platform for servers and infrastructure. I also handle requests related to Windows or macOS.
In person or remotely?
Depending on the project, I work both on-site in the Basel area and remotely. Many tasks can be handled efficiently via remote desktop and video conferencing—but for hardware installations or complex network setups, I’m happy to come by in person.
